Jenifer Snyder, Esq.  Executive Director.

As Executive Director of The mGive Foundation, Jenifer is dedicated to expanding the scope and reach of the mobile giving channel. She brings years of leadership experience in the mobile industry to the position. In 2006, she founded the Mobile Giving Foundation, a nonprofit organization established to facilitate mobile giving. She served as General Counsel, Treasurer, and co-chair of the foundation’s mobile giving standards committee until September 2009, when she joined with wireless pioneers to form The mGive Foundation. Previously, Jenifer was a founder and General Counsel of mobile content and services company 9 Squared, Inc., which was later acquired by MonsterMob Group PLC. She served as International Counsel of Monstermob Group PLC, subsequently acquired by the Zed Group.

Lori Rizzo, Director of Compliance, The mGive Foundation

As The mGive Foundation’s Director of Compliance, Lori works with more than 200 non-profit organizations to ensure and certify their compliance with mobile industry standards. She guides non-profits through the application and approval process, and serves as their liaison with technology vendors. Lori’s background in mobile donations includes recent experience as an account manager with the Mobile Giving Foundation. She is dedicated to customer service, with several awards to her credit.
